These Affiliate Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Postiv.ai Affiliate Program (“Program”) offered by Postiv.ai (“Postiv.ai,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By applying for or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these terms.
To enroll, you must complete our online application form. Postiv.ai reserves the right to approve or reject any application for any reason, including websites or marketing practices deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with our brand values.
As an Affiliate, you agree to:
Promote Postiv.ai in a truthful and ethical manner.
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship in compliance with applicable laws, including the FTC Endorsement Guidelines.
Maintain accurate information in your affiliate account.
Use only approved marketing materials, unless otherwise authorized in writing.
Affiliates must not:
Bid on Postiv.ai’s branded or navigational search terms, including but not limited to:
“Postiv,” “Postiv.ai,” “Postiv AI,” “Postiv.ai pricing,” or any variations or misspellings thereof.
(This includes any combination of Postiv.ai with other keywords, such as “Postiv.ai reviews,” “Postiv.ai coupon,” “Postiv.ai free trial,” etc.)
Use misleading, deceptive, or aggressive marketing practices.
Misrepresent Postiv.ai’s services or make false claims.
Engage in spamming, cookie stuffing, or unauthorized link cloaking.
Use websites or channels that contain hate speech, pornography, or illegal content.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate termination from the Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
Affiliates earn commissions as specified in their affiliate dashboard or written agreement.
Commissions are payable once the referred customer completes a valid purchase and remains in good standing through the qualifying period.
Payments are made monthly, provided the minimum payout threshold is met.
Postiv.ai grants Affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our name, logos, and promotional materials solely for participation in the Program. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Postiv.ai.
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice.
Postiv.ai may terminate the Agreement immediately for violations of these terms, including prohibited bidding activity, misuse of brand assets, or fraudulent referrals.
Upon termination, the Affiliate must remove all Postiv.ai links, content, and branding from all marketing channels.
Postiv.ai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to the Affiliate during the three months preceding the claim.
Postiv.ai reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
Affiliates are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of Postiv.ai. Nothing in this Agreement creates a joint venture or employment relationship.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Postiv.ai operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
